Sometimes, and it depends on two things nobody checks until it is too late: how hot the mantel surface gets during use, and how far you have to tilt your neck to watch it. We check both on site and tell you honestly if the wall next to the fireplace is the better spot. If over the fireplace is the right call, a full-motion mount that pulls down for viewing solves the angle.
In-wall concealment uses rated pass-through plates so the power cord and HDMI runs disappear behind the drywall. On brick, block, or any wall where cutting is not an option, a paintable raceway sits flat against the surface and reads as trim once it matches the wall color. We will tell you which one your wall allows before we start.
If you are renting, we can take the TV down, patch the bracket holes, and remount it at the new place. Ask about it when you book so the visit is scheduled with the time to do both.
