1. The short version

We collect the contact details you give us so we can quote and schedule your job. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, the service you selected, and optionally your email address, your city and whatever you write in the message field. When you call or text, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.

Information collected automatically. If website analytics are enabled, standard analytics data is collected about how pages are used: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referring site, and whether visitors clicked the phone number or submitted the form. This is aggregate usage data. Form field contents are never sent to analytics.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your request with a price and a date.
• To schedule, perform and invoice the work.
• To follow up about a job we quoted or completed for you.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

4. Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we use it to respond to your request — by call or by text, whichever you used to reach us. We do not send automated or promotional text campaigns. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate written consent first, and you will be able to stop messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the service providers that make the website work — the hosting provider that serves these pages, the email service that delivers your form submission to us, and the analytics provider if analytics are enabled. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and are deleted after that. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider’s standard retention period.

7. Your choices

• Ask what we hold. Contact us and we will tell you what information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
• Opt out of analytics. Most browsers offer tracking protection, and Google provides an opt-out add-on for its analytics.
• Do not include sensitive details. The quote form is for describing a job. Please do not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers or health information through it.

Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights. Contact us and we will honor them.

8. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. Our Cookie Policy lists exactly which ones, what they are for and how to turn them off.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive information through the form.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top.
