A new listing is weeks of deliveries, five different trades and a launch date that keeps slipping. We take the whole install side as one job: boxes built, TVs mounted, the accent wall hung, fixtures swapped and the rooms ready for the photographer on the date you already booked.
Most launches stall waiting on the next trade. Booking assembly, mounting, wallpaper and paint as one job means they happen in the order that works: walls painted and papered first, furniture built next, then TVs, art and shelves placed against the finished room. You coordinate one appointment instead of five.
Guests are harder on a unit than owners are. Tall furniture gets anchored to studs, TVs go on mounts rated for the screen, shelves go into framing instead of drywall anchors, and high-traffic walls get a finish that wipes clean. It is the difference between a five-star photo and a maintenance call in the third month.
Metro Nashville requires a Short Term Rental Property permit from the Department of Codes before a property is listed, and the unit has to meet state and local building and fire codes. Permits are the owner's side and we do not handle them, but it pays to have the application moving while the install is scheduled so neither one holds up launch day.
