What to send so we can price it

Most jobs are quoted without a site visit. These four things are usually the difference between a price today and three emails.

• A photo of the wall, the room or the box, taken from a few steps back.
• What it is: a TV size, a furniture model, how many feet of baseboard.
• The wall type if you know it — drywall, plaster, brick, tile or concrete.
• Two or three dates that work for you, including evenings and weekends.
