A shelf is only as good as what it is fastened to. Most shelf failures are not the shelf, they are drywall anchors carrying weight they were never rated for.
Tell us what is going on the shelf before we install it. Books and dishes are heavy, and the fastening changes completely between a decorative shelf holding three frames and a pantry shelf holding canned goods. Where studs line up we fasten into framing. Where they do not, we use anchors rated for the real load, not the ones in the box.
Overhead storage carries hundreds of pounds above where you park. That load has to land on ceiling joists, fastened at the right spacing, with clearance checked against the garage door track and opener. It is worth having done rather than guessed at.
Kit closet systems assume square walls and standard heights. Real closets have neither. We cut and adjust to your opening so the runs are level and the doors still close.
