You describe the unit count and the deadline, we walk a representative unit, and you get a per-unit price and a schedule. During the job you deal with one person, not a rotating crew, and the work is invoiced against the scope you approved.
Occupied properties have real constraints: quiet hours, elevator reservations, loading dock windows, keys and access codes. Tell us the building rules up front and we schedule around them rather than discovering them on day one.
If you turn units every month, the value is in not renegotiating the same job each time. We will agree on a standard scope and price per unit type, and you call when the unit is ready.
