How the company started

Yunior Roa started Pro Installing Greg LLC in 2023 with a straightforward idea: be the person who actually shows up, quote the job honestly, and finish it properly. 3 years later the company has completed residential, apartment and commercial projects across Middle Tennessee — furniture installs, TV mounts, wallpaper, painting, trim and the long list of small jobs most people never get around to.

The company works across both sides of the market. On the residential side that means single rooms, whole-house projects and the punch list before a move-out inspection. On the commercial side it means apartment turnovers, office and retail installs, and multi-unit rollouts where the same work has to be repeated identically across dozens of units on a deadline.

How we work

You deal with the owner. The person who prices the job is the person who shows up to do it, which removes the gap where most home-service complaints come from — a salesperson promising one thing and a crew delivering another.

Jobs are quoted flat rather than hourly. You approve a price for a defined scope, and that is what you pay. If something changes once a wall is opened or a box turns out to be missing parts, we stop and tell you before doing anything that would change the number.

We also say no. Licensed electrical work beyond replacing an existing fixture, plumbing inside the wall, gas lines, HVAC and structural work belong with the licensed trades, and we will tell you that on the phone instead of finding out halfway through. It costs us a job now and again. It protects your house and your insurance, which matters more.

What we are still building
